Can Greenbelt Rampager crew?

If i have no energy to pay to keep Greenbelt Rampager on the battlefield would I still be able to use him to crew a vehicle; say.... Aethersphere Harvester? Or does he get bounced back to my hand before I could do that?

Its triggered ability goes on the stack when it enters the battlefield. It can be responded to while it remains on the stack, so you may tap it to activate a crew ability in response.

His bounce effect is a triggered ability. It will go onto the stack after he resolves and enters the battlefield, and there will be a round of priority before it resolves. So yes, you could use him for Crew before his bounce resolves.
