In fact, if you had a Felidar Guardian out, and you cast another one, when your second felidar enters, you can bounce your first felidar, and have that one bounce your second one, etc. They can bounce any permanent (enchantment, land, creature, artifact, planeswalker) you control.

Yes, as long as it is another target permanent. Creatures resolved are permanents, so yes, a felidar can target another felidar, just not itself.
