Can Etherium Sculptor cost 0?

I was curious because I planned on making a deck of artifacts around Etherium Sculptor Cloud Key and Sculpting Steel and it made me wonder, say, if you had two Cloud Key s on the field and an Etherium Sculptor in hand, could you place the sculptor on the field without paying its mana cost?
There are effects which can reduce the coloured mana cost, but they state this explicitly. Eg. Convoke effect: Gather Courage

No. When it says it reduces artifact costs by 1, it reduces the colorless cost by 1. It does not reduce the colored mana cost, no matter how many reductions you have.
