Can a player activate Capricopian's ability more than once consecutively?

Asked by Rothgari 3 years ago

Say I am being attacked by an opponent's 10/10 Capricopian. I have plenty of mana available, and another opponent has 16 life left and no open mana. Can I activate the ability on Capricopian six times in a row in order to pump it to lethal and redirect it at the other opponent? Is there anything that prevents this interaction from working?

Yes - you can activate it more than once.

Additionally, Capricopian's activated ability says you may reselect which player it's attacking, so you can activate it to give it a counter and leave it attacking you, so that you can activate again after it resolves.

Neotrup is right, but you could also activate its ability, and then in response to you activating its ability, activate it once again.
