Buffing with silklash spider, vigor and akromas memorial.

I was play a game the other day with some some friends and I had on the battlefield Silklash Spider, Vigor and then put down an Akroma's Memorial.

I had a thought that I'm not sure would work.

Can I pay to use Silklash Spider ability and deal 5 damage to all creatures with flying, and in unison with Vigor and Akroma's Memorial buff all my other creatures on the battlefield by 5/5 without killing off vigor?

Yes. Vigor's replacement effect will replace the 5 damage that would be dealt to each of your other creatures. You'll put five +1/+1 counters on those creatures instead.
