Batterskull and Karn Ultimate

Question...

Karn LiberatedMTG Card: Karn Liberated exiles a BatterskullMTG Card: Batterskull. The game progresses and eventually I do his ultimate. Do I get the token when we restart, or just the equipment?

Also, same question, but with Gideon JuraMTG Card: Gideon Jura, or any other creature...they've been under my control since the beginning of that turn, right? So I can attack turn 1 with whatever creature I have from Karn LiberatedMTG Card: Karn Liberated?

Thanks

yes you get the token because the equipment enters the battlefield

for your second question as far as I understand karn yes only because it started on the battlefield before the beginning of your upkeep (technically)

from gatherer: 6/1/2011 After the pre-game procedure is complete, but before the new game's first turn, Karn's ability finishes resolving and the cards left in exile are put onto the battlefield. If this causes any triggered abilities to trigger, those abilities are put onto the stack at the beginning of the first upkeep step.

6/1/2011 Creatures put onto the battlefield due to Karn's ability will have been under their controller's control continuously since the beginning of the first turn. They can attack and their activated abilities with T in the cost can be activated.
