are soldier tokens humans?

I see a lot of decks using mayor-of-avabruk and the tokens being produced are soldier tokens from Hero of Bladehold they don't say they are human soldier tokens so I was wondering how this worked.

No. Unless a token in play is named to specifically be a "human soldier", the soldiers are not considered humans, and as such, do not receive Mayor of Avabruck  ^{Flip  Flip}'s static buff.
