Arcbound Crusher entering the battlefield at the same time as other artifacts, does it get counters?

Basically, if Arcbound Crusher is in my graveyard with another X artifacts in it and I cast Scrap Mastery, will Arcbound Crusher get X +1/+1 counters?

Yes, when multiple things enter the battlefield at the same time they see each other entering.
