Like in question:
P1 have Grizzly Bears enchanted by Hopeful Eidolon .
P2 Cast Act of Treason on P1 Grizzly Bears
I think bear goes with eidolon.
P2 Cast Life's Legacy sacrificing P1 Grizzly Bears
What is the result in P1 upkeep.

The bear doesn't "go with the eidolon" so much as "Auras enchanting a creature keep enchanting it no matter who controls it"
So P2 will get a Grizzly Bears enchanted by Hopeful Eidolon which is controlled by P1 making it a 3/3 with lifelink.
When P2 sacrifices the bears with Life's Legacy , they will sacrifice the Grizzly Bears and draw 3 cards. The Hopeful Eidolon will fall off, become a creature, and be under P1's control immediately.
Nothing in particular will happen in P1's upkeep.
