Possible to List Multiple Categories for a Single Card in Decklist?

Hello All,

This may be a foolish question but is there a way when making a decklist to have the same card populate multiple categories but only be counted a single time?

For example, I am new to the Commander format and want to show that Ranging Raptors is part of the General Tribal Dinosaurs category of the deck but is also a key element of the deck as it is also part of my Ramp and Enraged Categories. When I add Ranging Raptors to those categories, it is inevitably counted three times when I only want it counted once. Is there anyway around this?

Thanks!

Would combining the tags work?

ie #General_Tribal_&_Ramp__&_Enraged

I just tested on a deck of mine that I have added custom categories to and if you put multiple tags after a card it will display it in multiple categories when set to sort by custom. So "1x Ranging Raptors #Tribal #Ramp #Enrage" would add it to three categories when sorted by custom, though for analytics and when sorting by any other method it will show once. This is using the normal deck editor, not the visual OFC.

Gidgetimer - Haha! Thank you for the information. I knew there was a way to do it as I have seen others post their deck like that. I just could not figure out how to do so. I appreciate it!

Gidgetimer Any known pitfalls with this? It doesnt seem to be working in my deck It auto populated them into the block category layout, but whenever I try and do multi-category it files them into unknown if I separate them from the block layout, and keeps them in the block layout and removes the additional tags if I keep them in the block layout.

Squidcod - WHen you are editing the deck, there is a drop-down menu titled, Default category. Change this to Custom and you then should be able to add the multiple categories to cards such as # Draw_Engine # Win_Con, etc. At least that did the trick for me but I found the multiple categories to be unsightly.

Ok it wasn't that. When doing multiple categores you CANNOT use spaces.

So not card # category # category

it is card #category #category
