I'm going to build my modern deck on here. It's fairly expensive. Where does one acquire fetches shocks and other modern staples? I know of the bot system I'm just looking for a bot that sells these without gouging too hard
I've been using http://mtgowikiprice.com/, which compares the price of a bunch of bots, but that might be a bit inconvenient if you want to just buy all of your stuff in one go from one place.

That would help. I don't mind shopping in multiple places. A lot of the deck is ironically standard still but i do need some zendikar fetches and whatnot

Some of the bots I strongly recommend for getting Modern cards are GiantPandaBot, ClanTeam and DojoTrade. Their prices are mostly in line with those of MTGOTraders, Cardhoarder and the like, but every once in a while I find a Modern staple for like half the average price in one of them. I bought two Bloodghasts for 3 tix each on ClanTeam last week, and DojoTrade was selling Serum Visions for 2 tix a piece [!] a while ago.
And of course, there's always the option of buying from other players. It's a pain in the ass sometimes, but when people are willing to sell their playset of Godless Shrine for 8 tickets, it's kinda hard to resist. Just type "human" on the search box and take a quick look, you may find some nice deals.

Goatbots is fair for selling and buying singles and packs, although I think they only deal in standard cards.
MTGOTraders is also good, but be careful because it seems like there are a few bots that sort of look like they're part of mtgotraders and they're not -- though their prices aren't bad either.
I've found that when I'm using money to pick up a deck on modo, going to MTGOtraders' website and purchasing that way is generally the most convenient and cheapest (since you can use a coupon code at the end that gives you 5-10% off -- I think it's mtgsallypaypal, but you can probably find it googling around)
