I'm looking for a deck list called pingers but Google only shows legacy/vintage lists
I can't tell you what exactly is in the deck but my guess would be Basilisk Collar, Nightshade Peddler, Izzet Staticaster, Blood Cultist or Cunning Sparkmage.
I would guess there are also counterspells and burn spells.

i think it's 
x deck so not 4 colour so it'd probably choose between peddler and cultist, personally i'd choose cultist and run 2 copies of another deathtouch artifact. wish they'd reprint Goblin Sharpshooter into standard then the deck may actually see some play

It still folds to almost any removal in the game ecause 3 mana 1/1s aren't that great. It also does poorly against decks that don't play creatures such as control. I don't think it's that good. It is however, one of the most fun decks I've played and played against.

Yeah you can't play the deck without some kind of control element to it

This site is one I found about modern Pingers. You could add deathtouch to make it funner...

They need to reprint Charisma so it can be modern legal.

Although this deck is not Modern legal, it works really well by replacing the Legacy only Cantrips/Counter by Modern ones. The only problematic card you'd need to replace is Sigil of Sleep, which wins games as well.

The deck is a "counter burn" strategy utilising cards similar to Izzet Staticaster and how they interact with Basilisk Collar to take full control winning with a point of damage here and there
