What story does Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon actually have for a story?
I mean it is legendary so something has to be going on with him

There's this, but all the referenced links have been removed.

I feel like he's a character who while depicted in card for he hasn't had his story told as of yet. I can easily see him taking a more prominent role in the future Phyrexian arc. Possibly as a Phyrexian champion or even turning against Phyrexia along with other non praetor Phyrexian legendary creatures ( Ezuri and glissa are two strong to be possessed). That and maybe karn along with Melira can set the record straight.

PixelAlex,
He's a compleated Furnace Dragon, based on this description of the card art.

Here's a little more too on the Vault of Whispers, where's he's "the guardian for the center of black mana"

Ezuri too strong to be possessed? Ezuri, Claw of Progress would beg to differ.

My thing is if any characters would be able to be turned back from being Phyrexian it would be exit and glissa

Turned back? Do you mean regain the conscious of their old selves? Their original bodies, the physical selves, are gone.

Yeah, isn't compleation a process wherein their physical bodies are replaced with Phyrexian machinery?

Pretty much. Nothing but artifice and Phyrexian oil remains.

I mean like they regain third humanity sorta like how karn did. I'm hoping that happens anyways becuase I want to see phyrexians revolting against the praetors

Mentality is what he means.

Honestly, I'm still butt hurt that they killed mirrodin in the first place so the idea of a revolt and possible retaking of mirrodin really pleases me.
