Is it because Think Twice is an instant?? Just wondering because ultimately they both allow you to draw two cards at the end of the day so it can't be that....right?
Thanks! I figured that was the selling point but I wanted to make sure there wasn't any hidden reasons lol

Instant speed is REALLY important for decks that would consider running either of these.

Think Twice also costs less mana. Sure, it's only one card at the time, but it's crucial in order to curve out. It also synergizes with cards that dump into the graveyard, like Forbidden Alchemy and Chronic Flooding .

Oh, also, you can cast Think Twice early in the game with seven cards in hand and have it not be a waste.

Another advantage due to the instant speed of Think Twice is the ability to trigger miracles during your opponents turn.

Cirdan13, I once got a miracled Terminus on my opponents turn, and had one blue untapped instead of one white. :(

Right, it's instant speed. Control players can leave their mana untapped during their turn, then cast Think Twice when the opponent ends their turn. This frees up their mana once again and gives them the draw. Having mana open is very critical for a control player
