If my opponenent "stole" my Ethereal Armor and attach it to one of his creatures, will the card use my enchantments or my opponent's enchantments?

(Excuse my english)

"You" (and its derivatives) in the text of an object always refers to the controller of that object.

If your opponent gained control of Ethereal Armor , then Ethereal Armor 's static ability counts the number of enchantments your opponent controls.

If Ethereal Armor became attached to a creature your opponent controls, but you retained control of Ethereal Armor itself, then Ethereal Armor 's static ability still counts the number of enchantments you control.

Also, questions like this are best asked in the Q&A.

Whenever a card says "you", it is referring to the enchantment's controller. If your opponent used Redirect to change the target of the aura as it was being cast (so he made your aura attach to his creature instead of yours when it first came down on the field), then you still control the enchantment, but it's attached to his creature; it's like you just put the Ethereal Armor on his creature for some reason. The enchantment refers to your enchantments.

If he gained control of the ethereal armor in some way (I can think of Zealous Conscripts , but that wouldn't attach it to his creature), then it would be referring to his own enchantments.
