so Vraska the Unseen uses her ultimate, and my opponent plays Rakdos Charm choosing its 3rd ability. did i just lose the game?

No. In order for the tokens to deal "automatically lethal" damage, it must be combat damage. Damage from the tokens that was forced from Rakdos Charm is just damage, not combat damage, so it would not kill you.... unless you were low on life.

That would be funny to see a win like that ! On the same note...with niv-mizzet on the table, would rakdos charm allow its controller to draw bc he dealt damage and would lifelink creatures counter the life loss from the damage they deal? I don't think that is only combat damage.

You would gain life from the lifelink, because it states that whenever the creature deals damage, its control gains that much life; not just combat damage. If you ran Chavest lifelink, you could play the Rakdos Charm with a Rhox Faithmender on the field to gain more life than you lost.
