Planeswalker Counters

I'm uncertain about Planeswalker "counters". If I play a spell with proliferate ability, as Volt Charge , I can add one more counter on my Planeswalker. Ok?But If I play Hex Parasite 's ability, I can remove all counters from a Planeswalker? So I can Kill it?

Yes. Planeswalker Loyalty counters behave just like any other "counter" and can be affected just like any other "counter." So proliferate effects, things like AEther Snap and Vampire Hexmage , and other things of the like can all affect planeswalkers.

This brings up a thought of mine. Let's say I do cast a Volt Charge and add another loyalty counter to my Chandra Nalaar after I've already did her +1 ability earlier in my turn. Due to her amount of loyalty counters going up, will she AGAIN deal 1 damage to target player or will she simply become stronger?

She just becomes stronger. The effect only applies when you do the +1 ability of the planeswalker.

I kind of thought so because otherwise the combination of planeswalkers and proliferate would be extremely overpowered.
