Could you link your deck?

The rule of thumb for Pauper legal is that is must have been printed as a common on MTGO. Some sets have never been released on MTGO, while some have been released through Master Editions with fixed rarities.

For example, Hymn to Tourach was printed as a common in Fallen Empires. However, that set was never released on MTGO. But Hymn to Tourach was released on MTGO in the MTGO Masters Edition as an uncommon. Thus, it is not Pauper legal.

Another example, Oblivion Ring was printed as an uncommon in Magic 2012, however it was printed as a common in Lorwyn. Thus, it is Pauper legal.

In true eternal Pauper, no sets are illegal. The only thing that determines if each card is legal is this: It needs to have been printed as a Common. So even though Rancor is an Uncommon in Standard nowadays, it was first a Common and, thus, legal in Pauper.
