Is there an enchantment that has whenever you gain life draw a card, and an enchantment that has whenever you draw a card gain life?

This isn't really a rules question. The Deck Help forum might be a better place for this.

Here's a link to a Gatherer search for all cards that contain the words "gain", "life", and "draw" in their text. You'll probably be able to find some kind of combo with Well of Lost Dreams and one of the other results from the search.

nope the closest thing I can think of is a two creature card combo: Drogskol Reaver and Horizon Chimera , but you would need a sac outlet or you would end up decking yourself as neither gives you the option. There are some options that require mana, such as the one already stated.
