I recieved a Korean Foil Drogskol Captain as a trade the other day from a friend. We were unable to find the value or price for the card, although we did find the Japanese Foil price. How does Korean compare to Japanese? Are Kor cards usually higher or lower than Jap? What about Russian, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese? Is there a rank?

I got a Portuguese Pact of Negation for less than an English Pact of Negation .

Does this mean japanese, russian, and korean Magic players could sell their cards to us and profit simply because they have access to these languages? I'm sure a box of korean print bought from Wizards would cost roughly the same as english print.

But what about korean shops who want to by sealed product straight from Wizards? Since Wizards doesn't have a place in the secondary market, I don't think they would alter their first market based on the secondary. Do I make sense?

Boxes in a given language typically retail for MSRP in their nations, but may cost more to foreign consumers. I have often thought about acquiring Japanese, Korean, and Russian boxes just for the markup I could make on the secondary market.
I often acquire singles in these languages for as low as possible and then trade them off according to the language markup.
As for the foil Korean Drogskol Captain , I would put it between $20-30.

At my local store we opened a box of Avacyn Restored in Japanese. The major cards we got were:
Sigarda, Host of Herons foil, and non-foil, Avacyn,-Angel-of-Hope]] and a Tibalt. Not much else, but I think we got our monies worth from Sigarda. If you are interested its on EBay right going for about $20.

Korean cards are typically valued higher than any other language.
As a general rule, non-English languages using the Latin alphabet are worth the same or slightly more than English.
Chinese cards are also typically worth the same or slightly more than English cards.
Japanese, Russian, and Korean are the most valuable by far (they also look the best, in my opinion).
Korean cards have the highest value of any language. They are often 2x to 3x the value of Japanese cards. Russian cards are second and Japanese are third.
Foil Japanese, Russian, and Korean cards are RIDICULOUSLY expensive compared to Latin-alphabet foils.
