Help: Reiver Demon

When playing Reiver Demon from my hand, what exactly are the rules? Does that destroy all cards that are EITHER non-artifact or non-black, or all cards that are BOTH non-artifact non-black? i.e., will it destroy black creatures like demons, vampires, etc. because they are not artifact creatures? thanks.

it is a mass Terror which only nonblack AND nonartifact creatures so cards like Scathe Zombies and Gold Myr are safe

This card destroys all creatures that are NOT black or artifact. So all black creatures live, all artifact creatures live, and if u happen to have in play a blue artifact creature even tho it isn't black it still is an artifact creature, so it lives. Also if u have a mulit colored creature as long as it black with any other color it lives because its black in addition to its other colors.
If it said destroys all non artifact black creatures. Then black creatures would die because they are not artifact. But it doesn't. And remeber it must be played from ur hand for the ability to work.
