Aren't All 8th Edition Cards Supposed to be White-Bordered?

So I have a foil 8th Edition Storm Crow with a black border. This confuses me as I thought 8th Edition cards were supposed to have white borders. Am I wrong? Or is there something up with this specific card?

Any chance you could post a pic of the awesomeness that is Storm Crow (hallowed be his name). Although the pic wouldn't do justice to his excellency, it still would be great to see it.

Foil versions of cards from white-border sets all have black borders. There are no white-bordered foils.

I have to say that it's the pinnacle of my collection. Or rather, am I a part of its collection?

I had a foil Storm Crow once. I traded it for a foil Tarmogoyf play set. Worst trade I ever made.

Should have traded it to that guy offering that black bordered Underground Sea play set instead :/

@SpaderAce: Force of Will was the best card in Alliances, and is still one of the best cards ever printed. Storm Crow was also first printed in Alliances, and the "joke" was that Storm Crow is a very strong card because it can cast Force of Will for the alternate cost.
