Are all cards in reprints that are 2021 standard legal? Assuming it is usually legal in that format?

Are you referring to the Mystical Archive Cards? They’re not standard legal.

Otherwise check out whatsinstandard.com

For any card currently in standard, ALL printings are legal. For example, you can use the original Theros temples, or an Urza's Saga Duress , because those cards are currently standard legal.
