Soul Sisters is actually a Modern deck. Even if you just want to play casually, some of the cards in the deck might be good. My list is Soul Sisters Modern.

What format?
You could do a search at gatherer.wizards.com for cards with "lifelink" or "gain life" in the text.

The really important thing, and the common mistake not to include, is to have a lifegain deck do something with that life.
Cards like Angel's Mercy
, Heroes' Reunion
, etc are typically really bad in all but the most specific situations. Using up a card that only pads out your life total without having an effect on the board only delys the inevitable often, and even more so a good creature or removal spell that trades with an opponents card could have saved you even more life. Life total is typically a resource you care about the least in a game of magic, because at the end of the day it's x>0 = still playing and x<0 = game over.

Mixing cards that benifit from your lifegain and lifegain is good because it makes the gane take longer. With more time, you can put together more combos.

This is my casual deck list if you want to check it along with the modern deck. There are also some standard life gain decks. I know Ohthenoises has a few

Yeah, it's a really popular deck type, particularly for casual players. There are 100s of cards that are potentially useful for such a deck. Try googling and searching around for other lifegain decks for some ideas.
