Counters move upon death

Greetings & Salutations, i'm looking for a card that lets me move counters from a creature that's just died onto another creature. Do any of you know of any Selesnya card that does this?

It looks like Reyhan, Last of the Abzan
is very close but I guess I should have said that I need it in Selesnya colors

allright, lets see. Asmira, Holy Avenger i think thats the only one that triggers when a creature dies, i think its hard to find these ability in selesnya colors.

Actually, looking back on it, Death's Presence works really well so how do i close this? lol
