Should I run this in my deck?

So I am running Liesa, Shroud of Dusk as a commander and I have Angel of Jubilation in it. Does that shut down my own commander since I am not allowed to pay life to cast a spell?

I believe it shuts down the first part of your commander but the last part is still good

Liesa's alternative command tax is obligatory, so I'm pretty sure Angel of Jubilation actually shuts Down your commander. A way to mitigate a big command tax payment would be Children of Korlis.
