I have decided to do something I have wanted to do for about a year now: make a deck that is based around undersea creatures and counterspells. I am sort of afraid to make it though, because I don't know any cards to help me get my large creatures out, or mana acceleration other that Journeyer's Kite. So, does anyone know any cards to use?(im on like a 20$ budget right now. don't ask.) OH YEAH MONOBLUE
