So the idea here is obviously to create a card but the catch is that you are given the name of the card and design the card to fit the name. You then pick the name for the next card.
EXAMPLE (I am using an actual card chosen at random on http://gatherer.wizards.com)
Welding Jar (Name of the card you create)
0 (Casting Cost)
Artifact (Card Type)
Sacrifice Welding Jar: Regenerate target artifact. (Rules Text)
The wires crawl over broken metal and heat themselves to melting, filling cracks quickly and efficiently. (Flavor text. Completely optional.)
Dragon Fodder (The name of the card that the next person will be designing. [Another random card from Gatherer])
Additional Rules:
You cannot create a card for a name you give. In other words, you cannot design 2 cards in a row.
If 2 cards get posted at the same time it is up to you to chose which name you want to continue with.
Cards can be serious or "Un"-style. Your choice.

Bam, the Creeper

As an additional cost to cast Bam, the Creeper, discard a card.
Put a 1/1 green Creeper token on the battlefield with deathtouch. Destroy it during the next end step.

I googled the titan only to learn that I'm not familiar with the show, so I'm sorry to disappoint byt my titan most likely won't be what you hoped for.

NEXT: Although I don't really like mixing Magic with other realms and franchises, I've decided to give this one a chance - Shang Tsung (I think there's quite a good chance most people here will know...)

I'd do him, but I feel like the people with MSE would do it more justice than I.
For those who don't know him, he's the original main antagonist from Mortal Kombat, and an extremely dangerous sorcerer, shapeshifter, and martial artist.
Have fun with this tidbit.

Joker, you might want to alter the rules text a bit. You only said counters, so that could be interpreted as any counters. This could include fate counters from the Oblivion Stone or other counters.

@MisterRoachit's kinda weak as a one shot 6 cost card I was reading it more as an enchantment.

I have a comment about Call of Palladia-Mors. Maybe it was your intention, but adding mana to your mana pool during upkeep doesn't allow you to do much with it besides casting instants. Mana pools empty between steps and phases, so you can't keep that mana for long. Maybe you wanted to write "At the beginning of your precombat main phase..."?

I thought it might be interesting to do a global enchantment. It's pretty powerful, but it is mana intensive and a double-edged sword. If your opponent is running humans or rogues, it'll be trouble for you.

Absinthman, I did think about that. I considered re-wording it to take that into account, but I ended up leaving it more flavorful with Palladia-Mors. She requires that the mana be paid at the beginning of your upkeep. I figure it negates her drawback, but it also doesn't hurt to be able to cast instants for free.

That second effect seems a bit OP for only 4 mana. Rogue's Passage takes 4 colorless mana just to give one creature unblockable.

this is a legendary land so it can be popped easier and it's color intensive. if anything i would just bump up the colorless mana up to 3 or 4
