Wow, 25 votes!! Thank you so much guys! The Overpriced Store now occupies the neighborhood and is looking to expand still!

Durkle that remark has actually been made to me previously, I've just been lazy about changing it.

Thank you for the comment!

Since you do not have any instant speed spells, and do not need mana to be open you could go with Citadel of Pain.

I have an Commander deck that utilizes a similar strategy of punishing others for doing things (or not doing things. Commander players are all turtles...) Having Citadel in play ensures your own turns are your own. It also makes for a suicidally quick game once Manabarbs is in play too.

It could be the plucky new guy who wants to impress everyone SO MUCH. Sometimes he is awesome and helpful. Other times he is a pain in the ass wrecking the store. But when he gets to work with the manager and the assistant manager, and gets approval from the board? Magic happens.

Wow, thanks a ton, I didn't see that! As a replacement, maybe Spellshock?

Thank you very much!

Yeah, I saw that. I should try giving all my decks bad names, maybe that would work...
