I feel like you need more ramp. Have you considered running a couple Weathered Wayfarer ’s or Flagstones of Trokair ? You also have a decent amount of creature removal but perhaps dropping a couple oblivion rings for maybe Mangara, the Diplomat he seems janky enough to fit your theme, plus he generates some much needed card advantage.
