Focusing In —June 6, 2021
This round of updates saw some quick departures of newer cards, as well as some older cards that I've liked and has preformed well in the name of focusing.
I've come to realize that Ghost of Ramirez DePietro can dish out a crap ton of unexpected damage thanks to Jeska, Thrice Reborn. The problem that I have come across is that small creatures can really throw a wrench in the plans. In order to combat that, I've focused on adding cards that can easily deal 2 damage to targeted as well as each creature, making sure that our Ghostly Captain can connect each turn. To capitalize on being able to connect for battle damage, I've also added a suite of cards that grant Doublestrike. With this combination of battle tricks, it shouldn't be too hard to KO you're opponents with commander damage as you commit to the aggro plan.
