Welcome to my most unique deck. When trying to find inspiration, I haven't come across a deck led by Ghost of Ramirez DePietro and Jeska, Thrice Reborn, however I couldn't stop looking at the pair as I pulled them from my box of Commander Legends. I started noticing the synergy they both carry, and what type of deck would want these two. First, both commanders each cost 3cmc, DePietro being 1B2C and Jeska being 1R2C. This meant that both commanders would be easy to cast, and to cast repeatedly. Casting repeatedly is important because Jeska likes when commanders are recast granting her a higher starting loyalty count. DePietro is sure to be a target once he gets going. DePietro likes to be unblocked. He also likes to recover discarded spells. So I had the idea to go in a crazy Voltrony style build. Cheap instants, or better yet, Bloodrush creatures can pump him up, while after connecting, DePietro then recovers his pump spell to be used again. Jeska adds to this style of play by tripling the amount of damage DePietro can do making it more viable to win via commander damage. Ofcourse, I needed away to abuse this effect and figured Wheels and Loot type of draw effects would work here. Wheeling can disrupt my opponents while recovering an important spell I may have, while Looting is cheap and the drawback isn't that hurtful when I can just recover the discarded spell. So this is what I came up with.

Key combo's and synergy cards are:

Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator+Glint-Horn Buccaneer to deal as much damage as long as there are at least 2 opponents and cards in my library.
