The massive amount of legendarys humans seems to be a big issue.
I was thinking about adding Fling to the Deck to Put ist onto the Stack if we can only Bring in a legendary human thats already ob the bf. But i See a Problem with haktos here that we might not be able to target hin though.
One idea against non combat dmg removal is to bring in Tajic, Legion's Edge. And its one of the better humans who are left in the current sets.

It seems like there are too many activators and too few payoffs. If you're getting so many non-human creatures, you're almost guaranteed to get those 9 humans out, and still waste ability activations. Also, you need to have either a good backup plan if Winota dies or you don't find her, or some reeeeaaall library manipulation.
I'll look into some possible Boros humans and get back to you.
