Insurrection is way too expensive to be practical in today's metas, also there aren't as many big creature decks as EDH has continually moved further and further away from combat damage as the prime directive. It makes insurrection more of a situational card than it used to be. Indomitable Creativity is cool because I can use it on all my myrs to bring out all the artifacts in my deck, and I can also use it as a situational board wipe in extreme circumstances.

metalflame Tbh, I don't really have a problem with losing my creatures in this deck most of the time. The real important things are the enchantments. Nim death mantle is pretty cool though. Unfortunately it doesn't work with norin since when he exiles it unequips

Looks like a ton of fun, and I'm always in the mood for more Norin the Wary decks in the world. If you don't mind I'd love to get your input on my Norin list.

Nim Deathmantle is good if they get an activated ability to kill your commander, or kill your other few creatures.
