As I was idly daydreaming about the jank a person could build in a deck as any good magic player does I had this epiphany! I sincerely hope this makes a person go, "Well shucks, he's not wrong, he's just stupid". For those of you who don't have the same weird path of thinking I follow what I think happens here is that the text on Relentless Rats and Shadowborn Apostle overwrites the colour requirements of EDH where all cards in your deck need to be within the colour identity. Why is this useful? It's absolutely not and you should be ashamed for thinking it could be. Without further ado....
