So....
Manlands are expensive. (Who knew?)
Anyways, my deck is now at 200+ dollars, which is slightly hard to afford for someone like me, who isn't old enough to legally have a job. If there are any other cheaper cards that have about the same effect, it would be nice to know about. (Don't get me started on Witchbane Orb. It comes out on turn 4, and against a burn deck I would already be dead. The modern format is about speed, peoples.)
In response to suggestions:
Most decks run significant creature removal, with paths and bolts that can instant speed away a Hedron Crab. Playing enchantments that mill (with excessive card draw) are less likely to be removed in game 2 or 3. (much less game 1).
Elixir is great, with life gain against burn and shuffling against mill enchantment removal. 1 Eldrazi titan could also defend against milling out.
I don't see Rites of Flourishing being as effective in my card draw engine, not having flash, optional card draw, or a cheaper mana cost. The extra land isn't super useful.
Thank you all for the help.

Rites of Flourishing is really good in turbo fog. Also Hedron Crab.
