This is a solid midrange fair-magic deck that is super reliable, fun to play, and very budget friendly. I’ve been winning a lot of best of one games on Arena with it. The converted mana cost of this deck is ridiculously low.
Perfect fast mana, all forests!
Eight one-mana removal spells
Eight three power creatures that attack on turn 2
Nine two-mana big enough must-kill creature threats
Five Good value three drops that keep you from running out of gas
Eight good combat tricks
The basic game plan
Attack every turn. The deck is nothing but big creatures, creature removal, and pump spells. Attack with open mana, it's a good feeling when you have an Overprotect. It's sometimes OK to trade creatures, whatever it takes you need to keep attacking to get their life down below 10 at least. that's about the biggest a Flourishing Bloom-Kin or Wildborn Preserver will get. Then you just need to give it trample and you win!
These creatures are all big enough to make Hard-Hitting Question and Bushwhack kill most things. I want every card every game! and they are perfectly balanced. There are 22 creatures, 16 instants and sorceries, and 22 Forests
Check out this mana curve. Not accounting for Trash the Town the CMC is 1.71. You can spend mana late game on Trash the Town, Wildborn Preserver, Cactuar. Scavenging Ooze, Flourishing Bloom-Kin
Flipping a Flourishing Bloom-Kin face up for five mana, drawing two lands is a good value, but I don't go for it unless I have the three mana to spare and I know I'll have five lands next turn and I think ward 2 is enough, then I'll play it face down. Usually I happily play it face up as a big enough creature that keeps pace for two mana. You always want this card.
Wildborn Preserver combos with any of the 17 2-CMC or less creature spells. Especially Cactuar. If the opponent overcommits in combat you can attack this turn with an unexpected big creature. Then add Hard-Hitting Question and Overprotect
