My feelings overall for the night were that Eidolon of rhetoric and Chord of calling were allstars and that I drew extremely well in the large majority of my games. I'm starting to feel that despite being worse for some reasons, I actually prefer melira as opposed to anafenza. The major points being shes much easier to cast, contributes better in a tight spot to chord mana and presents less triggers to be responded to during the combo, this is especially useful if you're trying to avoid a kill shot on persist creature with anafenza's bolster still on the stack. Love the deck, will be sticking with it for the foreseeable future!
Aether vial feels like it's a fit but in practice here it seems to flop, the math on collected company is 28 creatures 22 lands approx. meaning room for 8 non-creature spells.
While vial lets you flash in one creature it needs to be in your hand first and the deck doesn't have a draw engine, also, vial only gets you what it's dialed up to, company can hit anything in the 3 or less cmc range and can dig into the deck turn after turn to either find the combo or build towards it or sometimes just value out removal from your opponents side of the board.

Fulminator Mage with Collected Company is pretty interesting. It can lead to some surprising results.
Would AEther Vial have a place here?
