Simply cast Ghostly Flicker targeting two things. Then cast Dualcaster Mage copying the Ghostly Flicker, targeting Prophetic Prism and Dualcaster Mage. The two enter the battlefield, drawing you a card and letting you copy Ghostly Flicker again. Repeat.
