I haven’t personally put together a cube on this site, but if it’s anything like selecting cards during the normal deckbuilding process you would type the name of the card in and select which variant you want to add. I just tried it with Very Cryptic Command and noticed it listed different options (Very Cryptic Command A, B, C etc)

I suggest you focus the deck on superfriends control with a few infinite combos. Scrap everything not necessary for control/combo/superfriends and add more planeswalkers. I think a deck like that would be very fun. (Also, Very Cryptic Command B is not legal, replace it with normal Cryptic Command)
