Legendary Creature — Octopus Rogue
Whenever Marvo, Deep Operative attacks, clash with defending player. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a higher mana value.)
Whenever you win a clash, draw a card. Then you may cast a spell from your hand with converted mana cost/mana value 8 or less without paying its mana cost.

I wish Marvo, Deep Operative was mono-blue and had partner so that you had more clash options, like Sylvan Echoes. Seems unlikely that they'll print a new clash commander any time soon.
