Just looking through the big blue spells (and colorless), there is a ton of fun to have with Yue's ability. A few that come to mind are...
Hurkyl's Final Meditation Time Stretch Mnemonic Deluge Akroma's Memorial
Time Stretch + Mnemonic Deluge is just nasty. all you really need is Yue, Time Stretch, and a tutor. Use Yue to cast time stretch, next turn use a tutor to fetch Mnemonic Deluge, cast 3 copies of Time Stretch.

Each player reveals their hand, then choose a permanent card in each players hand, put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. Draw cards and lose life equal to the greatest mana value among those permanents, then end the turn.
Create a card that ends an opponents turn. Discontinuity and Time Stop are existing cards that take a boring approach to the effect, I would encourage going for something more along the lines of Hurkyl's Final Meditation.
