Does what it says on the tin!
My only suggestion would be to replace Read the Bones with Demon's Due once it comes out. Its a turn slower but is an instant. So you can hold up mana for regeneration and recursion effects but then when your opponent ends their turn you can cast Demon's Due at instant speed in their turn and not spend the mana during your own turn.
Assuming it's price comes down to keep this Ultra Budget!
