Thanks for the suggestion KongMing! That's an interesting ability; being able to possibly counter an opponent's spell and getting to see what card is coming next pairs nicely with Galvanoth, especially if I have Complete the Circuit in hand. It's definitely worth playtesting. What card would you recommend I cut for it?

Meeting of Minds is probably better than Quick Study to be honest, if you have enough drakes it costs nothing. In fact, many of the blue convoke cards from MOM might be worth looking into, including Artistic Refusal, Complete the Circuit, and Transcendent Message.
