When this enters the battlefield, conjure a duplicate of a random creature card from your opponent's library into your hand (generate a copy of that creature that is not a token and put it into your hand). It perpetually gains "You may spend mana as though it were mana of any colour to cast this spell." (Perpetual effects are given to cards permanently regardless of what zone those cards are in and what zone they move to.)

Seek randomly picks a card from your deck. Does it pick based on the name or by the frequency of the card?
As an example, I use Kindred Denial to counter a spell with MV 4. I have two Saiba Syphoners, two Kindred Denials, and four Gale, Conduit of the Arcane in my deck (and no other MV 4 cards). Which set of probabilities is correct?
25% Syphoner, 25% Denial, 50% Gale
33.3% Syphoner, 33.3% Denial, 33.3% Gale
Similarly (or maybe not), do the same rules apply to the random conjure from Undercity Plunder or Clone Crafter?
