I have ten spells exiled with Kick Counters. I attack with Chun-Li, Countless Kicks but I don’t cast any of the spells. Do I get ten Magecraft triggers or zero?

So when Chun-Li, Countless Kicks attacks, you can copy a spell exiled with the kick counters. She says you may cast those copies.
My question is, how long may you cast those copies? Do you have to cast them in the attack step? Can you cast them after combat? Can you cast them after your turn ends?

If i exile a Spikefield Hazard Flip with Isochron Scepter, can i cast the land side? what about with a card like Chun-Li, Countless Kicks
