Noncreature spells cost {1} more to cast.

Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, put a collection counter on Charitable Levy. Then if there are three or more collection counters on it, sacrifice it. If you do, draw a card, then you may search your library for a Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.

outofnothing0 Yeah tbh I wasnt so sure for hall of heliod anyways ! But def more sure of Charitable Levy because it give you access to some tax/card draw and its a rare white ramp all in one for 2 mana and seems to fit well with your deck theme! :)

@Veethevvitch: Thanks for the upvote and the suggestions! I've never seen that Charitable Levy card before and it seems pretty neat! I'll definitely add it to the maybeboard and consider it going forward. As far as the 'Hall' is concerned though, it's a good all around card but my deck is extremely color intensive with many double and triple colored mana costs so I'm trying to limit the colorless lands for now.

What about Charitable Levy? Or Hall of Heliod's Generosity? I believe its always good to have even if you dont run that many enchantments imo! :)

Its a very solid selesnya angel deck tho with a lot of cards I rarely see very original! Looks fun to play.
