No, you cannot use one object to satisfy two sacrifice effects.
Think of it like you have 2 vending machines in front of you and you have only 1 dollar. You cannot use that 1 dollar (creature) to buy a drink from both vending machines (effects).
In this specific scenario, Smokestack’s ability is on the stack and you activate Aeolipile’s ability. Sacrificing itself is part of its cost to activate, and once its ability resolves, Smokestack’s ability will still be on the stack and you have to sacrifice something else to it.
