Saccox on Unblockable Pezzent!

Hi nathanielhebert,I mounted this deck and it has a problem:you can only slow down your opponent with Hands of Binding and Blustersquall ,not control it. It behaves like a combo but don't close the game before the opponent fast enough to win. Could be put a War Horn to win before.

I'm glad I could help! I have some other suggestions if it's no longer budget (I won't include Mana Crypt an stuff though haha) and you want to improve it some more: I see that you also have Ohran Frostfang , which is a great deterrent for your opponents deciding to block. Another good source of Deathtouch could be Bow of Nylea , which also does some other cool abilities on top of giving deathtouch. Some other good drawing enchantments include Garruk's Uprising , Elemental Bond , and Colossal Majesty . Since you run anthems, these guys can trigger on your weenies too. If you want something more consistent, Beast Whisperer and Mentor of the Meek are also good draw power. A fun card that puts creatures onto your opponent's side of the board is Hungry Lynx , especially because it gives your commander protection from the creatures it makes! Legion Loyalist seems perfect in this deck since he gives all your creatures first strike, trample, and evasion from tokens, and all of those things make it easier to get the goad trigger. Dragonmaster Outcast and Emeria Angel can make even more flying tokens to get that sweet goading trigger. Feldon of the Third Path seems good for when things are inevitably in the graveyard and you want to use them. Blade of Selves lets you use a creature you already have even more! Some other ramp that you haven't included is Selesnya Signet , Sol Ring , Rampant Growth , and Sword of the Animist . Anthems that you might consider are War Horn , Spear of Heliod , and Glory of Warfare .

The cards I would cut include: The small creatures with only a landwalk ability, like Dwarven Grunt and Treetop Scout ( Dryad Sophisticate is good, though). They are limited in their ability to get in for damage, and don't do much else beyond that, which makes them your more weak cards. I agree with your decision to try to cut the Hunted Troll , but the Hunted Dragon seems good since you can swing immediately and goad the tokens it makes. Although the Soltari creatures with shadow are good, I think you may have too many of them--they are intensive, and only Soltari Champion and Soltari Visionary really do anything when you use them. The Healer's Hawk and Segovian Angel are basically really bad Serra Ascendant s. If you want the 1-drop, maybe consider Figure of Destiny (gets bigger) or even Rhys the Redeemed (makes tokens). Citadel Siege and Dictate of Heliod are too slow and/or costly to make an impact, in my opinion. You know your meta better though.

Brutal_B on Grenzo goblin deck

Vial Smasher the Fierce is a goblin and could help throw some extra damage around. Mirage Mirror is great in any deck. Some anthems like Obelisk of Urd , Konda's Banner , The Immortal Sun and War Horn or even Ashenmoor Liege , Shared Animosity might help out the small bodied goblins. A couple lands worth considering are Rogue's Passage and Rakdos Carnarium . Legion Warboss should be slotted in as well as Warren Instigator . Goblin Smuggler and cards like Rogue's Passage and Suspicious Bookcase would be good at forcing some damage through. With that said Blood Mist should be in your list. Treasure Nabber ? Goblin War Cry ?

Goblins are small by themselves. So I think your best bet is gonna be anthems, buffs and combat tricks.

I would highly recommend a bit more card-draw and a few untappers. Krenko does amazing with a few untappers.

Magewright's Stone is good. Thousand-Year Elixir is great too. Umbral Mantle is decent. Puppet Strings is good on a budget. Illusionist's Bracers are a good choice too. You don't need to go nuts but having three or so untappers in the 99 will serve you well. If you can tutor up Skirk Prospector, Krenko can go infinite with Thornbite Staff, though it just recently spiked in price.

Good red card draw is rare but every EDH deck needs a little. Reforge the Soul, Faithless Looting, Cathartic Reunion, Outpost Siege, Mind's Eye, Skullclamp, and Wild Guess are good. Staff of Nin is good on a budget too.

You have almost no ramp at all. Goblins are pretty low to the ground but every deck needs a little ramp. Krenko usually has a bulls-eye on his back so you'll want to be able to recast him. Sol Ring, Worn Powerstone, Fire Diamond, Mind Stone, Darksteel Ingot, Coldsteel Heart, Hedron Archive, Ur-Golem's Eye, and Gilded Lotus might be good places to start.

I would highly recommend dropping all the combat tricks. In a multiplayer setting with increased life totals they just don't have the "oomf" that they do in regular 60-card formats.

I would also drop Hedron Blade, Stormrider Rig, Claws of Valakut, Goblin War Paint, and Messenger's Speed. No good in EDH. War Horn is decent for Krenko but there are better cards out there so if things get tight you can drop it easily enough.

I love it!! Maybe add in War Horn?

I'm glad to hear that things are going well on your end, congrats! You're right, you do sound important! Good for you mate

I've been pretty busy as well, although I'm afraid that things haven't been as prosperous as I'd like them to be. I've been having some medical issues so I've been in and out of the hospital for about 4 months now, luckily that doesn't impact my work too much or interest in mtg, (although the food here is god-awful lol). I should be out again by tomorrow so things are looking up!

So how much of the competitive nature of this deck are you wanting to keep up? I say this in regards to replacements of cards based on less the cost to buy as much as the cost to play, such as Mindwrack Liege being replaced by the likes of Favorable Winds or War Horn if increasing power is its main purpose. Obelisk of Urd actually might be better but idk.

Also, if you don't mind, could you explain how people "revise" a deck versus opening up the "edit" option and adding/removing cards directly. (my own Kefnet build I would like to do this with so I can better keep track of what I've had in the deck).

Suns_Champion on Neheb's big load

Hello! Love Neheb!

Swiftfoot Boots more haste, hexproof

Quietus Spike can ramp you a ridiculous amount

Sword of the Animist consistent land ramp

Wildfire you won't really need those four lands if you have Neheb out

Chandra's Ignition one-sided board wipe and ramp with Neheb

Furnace of Rath risky, but mainly used as a game finisher

Pyrohemia if you have a ton of mana and more life than your opponent

Knollspine Dragon draw cards equal to damage and pick the ones you need

Cut suggestions: Extra Arms
