Amaranthine Wall
Artifact Creature — Wall
Defender
: Amaranthine Wall gains indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Why 2x Amaranthine Wall instead of just 3x Youthful Valkyrie? I also think you want 4x Righteous Valkyrie in this deck. It's actually a super good card.
You have a lot of "one-ofs" in this deck. I would try to pick which of those are the best, then increase the number of a few rather than trying to have a little of everything. Pioneer is a fast format and I think you'll find you rarely have games where you get that single thing you want if there's only a single copy of it.
Last, I think you need a few more creatures to make this work. I think you'll get stuck with a lot of non-creature cards in your hand and no creatures to target. Probably 24 to 28 creatures for this type of deck is a good idea.
Overall, it's a good start. You just need to focus a bit more and get a higher density of your best cards.

Have you considered including artifact walls? Steel Wall / Amaranthine Wall
To allow your walls to attack you could run something like Warmonger's Chariot.

Hi,
We would like to recommend:
- Assault Formation / Wakestone Gargoyle : bit of redundancy in case Arcades is unavailable.
- Spidersilk Armor : provide all your defenders with reach (and a small toughness bonus).
- Tower Defense : instant, large toughness boost for all your creatures; can close out games in the right circumstances.
- Abzan Beastmaster : as your stuff is probably the toughest ...
- Indomitable Ancients : not defenders, but very tough and thus strong attackers if Arcades is present.
- Silklash Spider : tough creature AND a walking, repeatable Windstorm .
- Skinshifter : great value for a very versatile creature.
Some additional walls we would consider:
- Amaranthine Wall : because you can make it indestructible.
- Wall of Glare : fun if you can make this indestructible.
- Wall of Frost : because everyone hates facing it.
- Living Wall : because it regenerates and because it looks awesome (and disgusting).
Bye!

If you're running Phenax as the commander, then I recommend stocking the deck full of walls, because they always have higher toughness. Moreover, they are generally cheap to cast, so by the time Phenax hits the board on turn five, you are ready to start up the mill engine. I recommend Glacial Wall , Amaranthine Wall , Wall of Lost Thoughts , Hover Barrier , Suspicious Bookcase , and Wall of Frost .

I'm not seeing splashing in for Erratic Cyclops is the most beneficial, especially considering it's ability/gimmick doesn't play into this deck's goal. Honestly, I would add another Teyo, the Shieldmage or Amaranthine Wall . Just a thought.
